come on are we really that desperate to get the chips in with any two cards here? ok we haven't got average chips so what? you've still got a playable stack.

yes you do which is why I think you need to have some sort of range and "any two" is not ideal (IMO) but getting more chippies is more easily done when you have 19x the BB than when you have 10x the BB and no fold equity left. ..it would also cost the other guy 50% of his stack to find out if you are indeed taking the piss..and he'll never pay that unless he holds a big hand. (or is an idiot). Just because it' a risky play doesn't mean it's not a good one to make.

pushing here isnt the best option for me either id rather be pushing blind in any positon to takeing someone on 121 after a raise with any 2, best advice ? wait for the small blind if no one opens shove, if it gets threw do it again and again you HAVE to be the initial raiser tho until you either get a adv stack or get called dont look at your hand tho but make it look like you have for the eagle eyes out there
i have used that apporach many times and eventually you will get called or run into a monstor in that case you just have to get lucky

We augment our stack by over 25% when this gets through! Which is a lot of the time. Cant be arsed to pokerstove it but assuming he will fold out huge chunks of his cutoff range this has to be near optimal play whilst image is reasonable. And dont forget sometimes we get called AND STILL WIN.

no doubting that you can shove with a very wide range of hands here.."any two" is a bit much for me..but then again I'm a nit

People dont realise how bad the standard in GKUPTs actually is. Its the equivalent of the FA trophy, people have no idea how to read the board let alone assign a range to a particular player, if anyone disagrees with this I will crossbook my action in the next event with you.
The idea of a player restealing here just simply doesnt cross their simple minds so they fold more hands than you would ever believe.

Playable stack for what? Surely making plays?

Playable stack for what? Surely making plays? for making plays but not taking unnecessary risks like shoving with any two cards.
