If somebody was asked which overseas countries they employed workers from, and they wrote, "Luthevian" - what would you interpret that as?

no point trying to interpret it as you could be wrong.  I'd give whoever said it a ring and ask them what they meant - could be they are just rubbish at spelling

Very good point Claw.

In the absence of a phone number for them, I'm going to blank out that answer instead, in the unlikely event that our client actually bothers doing any analysis on that question I think a missing Lituanian/Latvian/German isn't going to make a statistically significant difference.
