In Friday's £500 Freeze at the Luton Fessie, three players return on Saturday to finish off the 43 runner Tourney.

With 430,000 chips in play, Compo has about 240,000 I think, with Jim McBride & A N Other sharing the rest.

A N Other was not prepared to do business - at least, not until it was too late, & play had ended for the day - so they have to return on Saturday. Compo left the Casino at about 5am, has to be at work for At The Races at 0730am ("The Morning Line"?) & back at Luton by 2.30pm. He gonna be tired & tetchy on Telly, for sure.

It's, I think, £8,500 to the winner, £4500 to 2nd, can't recall third place.

I'd be very pleased to see either Jim McBride or Compo win it, or even chop it up, but I hope Jim understands if I send very special wishes to Compo to take down what will be his biggest ever Live Cash.

Thewy did the business on Sunday, Red copped $8,000 on Tuesday, Compo should cop for plenty on Saturday, now I just need Chili to win the DTD Sunday jobbie to complete a wonderful week for 4 top blokes, all of whom are very dear to me.

Get it won now Compo!

Compo has it dominated. I just hope he comes back with his mind on the game, because he mentioned he wouldn't get any sleep.

I think I understand why trap one didn't want to deal. He obviously felt it worthwhile to see J. McBride out. I don't disagree, I guess.

shambles.

Exatly the right word for this situation. I'm rolling about laughing.

In one corner we have Compo, who only had time to play this if he busted out early, and in the other we have Jim, who had no time to play at all.

When I grow up, I want to be like them.

Good luck guys.

Great stuff Compo!!!  Murphy's Law...when you don't have time is when you need it most.  At least it means a nice chunk of change and you can sleep later.  Good luck today and get it won!!!

Good luck compo!
