I got a PCN for forgetting to pay the london Congestion Charge 500% increase damn you Livingstone you Muppet!! oh and guess where i have to send it bleeding Coventry,Londoners money leaving london to pay Midlanders wages

£65 per half hour plus vat plus parts i was told today :-(

My day rate for site management is £220 a day

But if people want me to get my tools out in the evenings or weekends then i'll charge £400 per day or £200 for a evenings work obviously if its just a tap washer or similar i prob wouldnt charge unless they were filthy rich.Extorniate you may say but my free time is precious and and ill always let people know in advance how much i charge and tell them i'm not cheap.

I once had an old bloke who wanted a tap washer changed and he tried to give me £300 for doing it<he really wasnt with it and there is no way i could take it,

Friend and family get it done for free though
