If there is one thing I hate about Walsall Grosvenor it's that the toilets are always like walking into the Arcitc. The last thing I wanna do is pull anything down in there. My cheeks are still frozen.....

First three hands all consist of shoves, first Terry Owens, then Charles Denton twice.
Next, Aaron limps in the small blind and Jeff checks.
Aaron checks, Jeff bets 20k and Aaron passes. Just to prove his granite image, Jeff shows the
...
After this it's again folded to the small blind, and this time Jeff just makes up whilst Terry checks.
Check check.
Jeff bets 20k, Terry calls.
Check check. Jeff's T-5 triumphs against Terry's A-8.

Terry Owens moves in from the small blind. Nik Persaud calls from the big! Action time???
No, they both show A-J and it's chopped up, but both make a 4k chip profit on the hand.
So in the meantime, it remains for me to remind guests to please sign up because...

Big hand, Terry Owens goes all in for 209,000 for the second time in recent times. Craig Metcalf makes the call with similar chips to Terry. On their backs:
Terry
Craig
A ten high board means Craig Metcalf increases his stack to around 400k but Terry is absolutely down to the felt with 15k (bb 16k) and UTG next hand. He rightly decides to just shove in blind next with the finality being 4 players in the hand too to try and get rid (no offence Terry) of the all in player.
They all check it down until the river where Craig, who was still stacking his chips from the previous hand bet out and hammered the final nail into Owens coffin with the turned nut flush to take the multiway pot!
So
Terry Owens
is eliminated in
8th
place winning
£8,610
.
