Would it take more or less time to change Snoopy's name to Neill Kelly than to sort out alternative connections?

But if he remains offline he can just watch wrestling now - it's a relief he won't be bored, at least...

Don't feel bad lads.  I've just spent the past 30 minutes in the hotel lobby trying to post and the wired connection is rubbish too.  Might be a long night if this keeps up.  Will be arrested for sneaking on to OPC's (other people's computers)  before the night's out.

You won't be able to see this, so you will just have to use your imagination, but I am currently dancing underneath the table as I write in celebration of my sudden connection. I don't think I've ever been this happy to see the blondepoker forum for a while, and that's certainly a worry. In the meantime, the cardroom is hustle and bustle, everyone eagerly awaiting the start of this competition. Mr Neil Kelly, however, is teasing his punters like a dog torturer with a bone, having pushed the start time back to 8pm to accommodate for the late entries.

In the meantime, and possibly more importantly, we have a McLovin update for you. Whilst he is currently scouring the room looking for groups of four that he can take a quick snap of, he was earlier browsing the web looking at dirty pornography (is there any other kind?). Here he is caught in the action, although he doesn't seem too fazed at being caught with his grubby fingers in the adult film jar. In fact he seemed rather proud!

For those of you who fondly recall your Waterford Fessie experience from last November, then this is, of course, where the magic happens.

Early contender for quote of the day.  "I brought my flip flops with me but my runners are still there"

Lets hope he knows its not a volleyball team event and more a less sandy, carpet and cards type event (ie more runners territory)

This chirpy lot is Paddy Burke's team. After their photo shoot I was quizzed to the whereabouts of where the snaps are heading. Of course I was deliighted to plug the Blonde Poker name at what was afterall, my first opportunity.

"Grand so" the skipper replies "I'll check the newspaper next week"

Oh dear.....

Richie Lawlor is down to 12,500 (starting stack of 15,000) after running A-J into Pocket Kings on a J high Flop. Looks like Richie got away pretty cheaply in the end, just calling down each street and leaving himself with a more than playable stack.
