With the Flop reading , once chip daddy Carl O'Connell pushes all-in for around 10k, leaving a tortured Davvy O'Sullivan with a decision for both his 4.5k in chips and his entire tournament life. As Carl peers down at the felt, his stare frostier than a snowman in the freezer, Davvy unzips the think tank and jumps in. After a few moments, he pops his head back out, trickles his chips over the line and reveals Pocket Tens, his breath held whilst he awaits his opponent to flip over his cards. To his relief, Carl shows an inferior -4s and Davvy is allowed to exhale the deep breath that he'd been holding. The Turn was a constructive one for Davvy, his opponent's outs reduced to just a Four, and as the dealer popped out a harmless on the River, he gently tapped the table in triumph and plonked himself back down in his seat. Karl, meanwhile, wore a face like a smacked bottom, or perhaps one who's fingers had been crunched in the poker cookie jar. Game on!

Any chance of an update on Carl O' Connell??

and Sam Hayes too?

Ooh, sorry, play for the day has now finished, but we'll be sure to keep an eye on them tomorrow, especially Sam because she is better looking.  Grin

Here are the players in today's Team Event:

Kevin K (c)
Wayne Hazcoran
Robert Power
Trevor Mitchell

Apologies for any mispelled names.

Wayne Halloran would be correct there. He sounds like someone out of Harry Potter with the name you've given him Wink

Golly yes, apologies again, the names were hand written, and that's the best I could come up with. I think I had Harry Potter in my mind.

So when we say "That's a wrap", we're actually saying "that's a wind or a print"??

Winding reels of film and then printing them.  Or pointing to one of those nice sandwich things.

Wow, I actually didn't see you guys on the floor that much at all, yet you posted up so much! How do you do that?

My only encounter with the Blonde Reporting team was when McLovin came up to me in the first level asking who had the monster stack, he looked deflated when I told him that he was actually looking at a massive stack of '25' chips Smiley.

Team Four Skins (John Rogers, Adam M, Paddy D, Ollie St. J) are one to look out for tomorrow, one of only six teams who remain with all their players in the tournament. We're armed with two dangerous short stackers and two deepstacked players who've had cards hit them in the face all night!
