I am hereby abolishing Hoodie Of The Day and instituting a new award, Hoodie Or Sports Top Of The Day.

Changing horses midstream; rigged; etc, etc.

Mr Tim Vance of St Louis, MO, would like it to be known that he loves his daughter Nancy.

This man should win the tournament imo.

Anyone quoted as saying they're going to beat their kids when they get home, even if they win the tournament?

We'd really like to tell you of some new developments, but they are on a break.

We just found out it's the Dinner Break!  Sorry.  No news for a half hour or so.  Oh, Dana has some news - just read it really slowly and then they'll be back and playing once more.

Tommy Pavlicek moves in from the small blind and gets himself called by Ed de Haas on the big blind.

Pavlicek -
de Haas - three diamonds

Board -

Double-up for the young Canadian. Please note the awesome casino ceiling, which makes it look like the players have just turned on the warp speed drive thingy on the spaceship.

Also Thomas Christiansen is OUT. Didn't see the hand, I'm afraid, just managed to take a photo REALLY CLOSE to his face as he was leaving.

And just before the dinner break, a HUGE hand between Rasmus Nielsen and Joris Jaspers. Joris was chip leader before the start of the hand, and Rasmus was chip leader by the end of it - somehow they got it in with (Joris) and (Rasmus).

Board - three clubs - wait for it -

Rasmus has around 450k now.

This is what Spunk looks like when you take it out of the box. They're like tiny parrot foetuses made out of salty licorice. Mmm.

Slightly less horrible is this candy - a Bogo Paskeaeg. A truffle centre, coated in marzipan, coated in chocolate.
