lol. I've learnt from my mistakes and will be flying back next week in order to minimise the risk of going to Holland and also give me plenty of time to correct the error if I screw up again

Now since last august I've had a right shiddy virus infection which has really knocked the stuffing out of me at times,went to the hospital for a steroid injection on Thursday but was told the virus is still present so need to go on more medication,now having been sidelined physically for the last 8 months do I go on  a 2 month fitness regime to reach my optimal fighting weight or do i stay at 14st,13 and use the extra weight sacrificing about 0.5 mph?
