http://www.pokertracker.com/  Poker tracker is the most popular database and is about to release poker tracker 3 sometime in 2008, with added features such as 3bet% and inbuilt hud provided by the makers of PAHUD.

http://holdemmanager.net/  Part of the new generation of databases, it was released in Jan 08 and is made by the team that made tourney manager. Has an inbuilt hud.

http://www.pokeroffice.com/ Poker office is considered the most user friendly of this type of software and has been on the market for a few years now.

http://www.tourneymanager.net/  Only covers sngs but this does mean it focuses on features that sng player find useful/interesting.

Database add ons

http://pokerevsoftware.com/  Allows players to asses the varience they are experiencing playing cash games, with an all in luck tab. Features sklasnky buck, showdown winnings and non showdown winnings graphs.

HUDS

http://www.pokeracesoftware.com/  An add for Poker Tracker 2, overlays stats from PT onto the table and shows mucked hands at showdowns.

http://sourceforge.net/projects/gametimeplus/  The original hud, is more limited that PAHUD but does work on some sites that PAHUD doesn't and is free.

Online result databases

http://www.sharkscope.com  Covers sngs results across a number of sites and networks.

http://www.officialpokerrankings.com/  Covers MTT results from the major poker networks.

Equity Calculators

http://www.cardplayer.com/poker_odds/texas_holdem  Basic poker odds calculator, calculating preflop hands against one another.

http://www.pokerstove.com/ An advanced poker odds calculator, will simulate range against range situations and give percentages accordingly.

http://pokerazor.com/  Still in beta testing but looks to be the new generation of cash equity calculators.

http://www.sitngo-analyzer.com/  SNGPT the original ICM calculator for sngs. Revolutionised the sng game.

http://www.sngwiz.com/ A more advanced version of SNGPT, takes into account multi player situations and has added features like a quiz feature.

http://www.sngegt.com/  In time ICM calculator, works for FTP and Party. Stars have now banned this.

I use both those things (iPokerBetPot and the iBolide graphics changer) and they are very good.

Its a real time ICM calc, right? Have you used it, what do you think. What most sites attitude to it, as I thought this was pushing the boundaries of becoming a bot.

from their faq

Quote
Q: Is the Real Time Analyzer legal?

A: We have contacted PartyPoker Support and Investigation team many times about this program but haven't received any response. So far no one has had any problems with SNGEGT, and until Party makes a decision on the product you can safely assume it is legal. If Party ever decides the program is not acceptable on their site you will simply get a pop up window while you are playing that says you need to stop using the software. If this happens please stop using the Real Time Analyzer and contact us immediately so that we can let everyone know.

Programs like Texas Calculatem and other real time analysis programs are allowed at Party Poker so we don't see any reason for this program to be banned, and do not anticipate any problems.

PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker have informed us that this kind of program is allowed at their site so we do not ever anticipate any problems with PokerStars or Full Tilt Poker.

as long as they're not lying then it's fine

i started using it then if you look at my sharkscope, i dropped 10k very quickly so i decided to stop using it. was it luck or wrong plays i dont know, it was over a small sample. in its defence i was getting some horrific beats.
