....well I will be when I get back to England.

IF things go to plan (not looking to good at the moment) I will be back in the UK around the 6th May.

If anybody has/knows of any work/(preferably cheap) accommodation availible I would be most grateful.

Thank you in advance.

Taxi driving would be the obvious, but unfortunately you need money to get a "hackney drivers license" before you can start work.

My main work when I was younger was Hotel work, restaurant/banquet manager

Like I said i am happy to do any work so long as it pays a wage.

Just get your flight, a weeks accomadition and you'll get something !

Private Hire you need a License also.

Getting my flight is my main problem at the moment (having to rely on the good nature of the Filipino people)

There are plenty of people with Cars fitted with hackney plates who rent them out to drivers.

I have 2 clients who do this - not strictly legal but lots do it

Renting plates is common in the trade, but you still need a Hackney/Private Hire Drivers License (for the Local Authority Area you intend to work ) before you can drive

Do you have an ethical duty to resign from a job when the client is operating illegally?
