Terry deserved to miss that penalty, it was pure selfishness that made him step up and take it when Anelka was still available. He wanted to score the winner, he wanted to be the hero and slip or not, he had that coming. The commentators are saying bravery, I say stupidity, Mourinio would never have let him take it. Cant remember the last time I cheered so hard than when he missed (Disclaimer, hope he doesnt miss again in an England shirt though)

Ha nah just to show the the dislike for cheating divers is universal and im no Man Utd fan...best comment on here has been the wanting both teams to lose, it had to be one and Abramovich and his millions can lose all day for me...

With respect, Mr End......I just used Anelka as an example as he is a world class striker and not a centre half, I think there were 3 or 4 attack minded chelsea players who should have got the nod before Terry.

mutual respect sir. I personally, given that you have to nominate your five in order pre the pens would have had Terry, if he was in my 5..in the first 2-3 pen takers. Why on earth was he taking the often crucial fifth ahead of say Lampard, Ballack for example?
