thoughts are with you and your family mate,

My ex girlfriends mum just died last week of lung cancer and it was one of the most horrific things I have ever seen- and I told myself I would stop smoking completely out of respect of my ex's old dear and my own health(I'm not even a real smoker- I just like a few when I'm drinking) but then what did I do at the weekend, after a few beers the cigs were out- was so annoyed at myself.

I'm sure if you gave up it would be a fitting tribute, best wishes...

Well just had a phone call from the hospital - He had the best nights sleep for a long time, no heavy breathing at all.

Then at 7.20am it all went quiet.

RIP Grandad

RIP Paul.

To all the smokers, I have two friends who went to the same hypnotist about 3 months ago to stop smoking. One of them hasnt smoked since and the other has had one on a night out but nothing else in that time. Neither of them have even fancied a fag since. Both agree it was the best £60 they ever spent.

Condolences to you and your family.

On a secondary note I managed to become a non smoker overnight last November purely by being brain washed by Allen Carr through his book the only way to give up smoking permanently. Considering I had smoked 40 a day for over 25 years it was a remarkable change and now I just need someone to help me take some of the weight off that I've gained.

Tx for all the kind messages.

Kids eh?

Harry comes up to us today and asks for God's phone number - he wants to talk to grandad to tell him he loves him and say sorry for not going to see him in hospital.

Bless
