It's f***in boring after a while without the cards
Final table bubble

I was playing in my local casino yesterday and we were down to 11 players (with 10 making the final table) when the cards were being dealt and a player at one of the tables got put out. The cards had already been dealt though so the hand had to be played out. So basically everyone just folded around until the guy on the button who raised.
One of the guys in the blinds took exception to this saying that it was out of order etc... and that the guy should just have folded and move to the final table.
I wasn't involved in this table as I was at the other table and the only reason I know about it is that the argumnet continued on to the final table.
There was no money for making the final table as only top four were getting paid.
Turns out the guy on the button had AJ so why not raise it ?
I was somewhat bemused by the hysteria this caused
What are other folks opinions on this ?

aye that's what I would have done. But the "victim" was going on as if Mr AceJack had broken some sort of unwritten rule by raising in this situation.
I was just wondering if anyone else knew of this being the done thing?

No such thing as a "done thing" in Poker, if there's chips in the middle, then they're up for grabs.
If the bubble is 5th, are these guys saying that you should fold every time someone goes out!
Well done the AJ guy, nick them chips and put the idiot on tilt!
