Kaboul looks like he will be here at Pompey next season ... i dont think he really fancied a move to the North East.
Anthony Gardner is going on loan to Hull .. its gonna be an unfamiliar starting line up for spurs come the forst game of the season !

Did you read my post on the previous page? The players' we've sold rarely played for us, apart from the strikers and Steed.

LOL @ The red tops even contemplating that Levy would sell Kaboul for a £5.5 million loss after one season. Don't they realise that Levy is a Jew with a 1st class Economics degree from Cambridge Unversity!

Spurs could potentially ship out a whole XI 1st team players, surely no matter how good the signings it will be tough with so many different faces
Robinson Chimbonda Dawson Gardener Kaboul Malbranque Boateng Ghaly Tainio Keane Bertatov

Gotta say on paper that looks an immense team. Intersting to see how they all gel.

FYP Only the two strikers and Steed are 1st team regulars and Steed was playing oop and we've replaced him with Modric. If Berbatov goes as well, I'm pretty sure that we will have a decent replacement in the wings (Villa, Eto'o, Pavlyuchenko). As for Keane, I'm not too fussed. Anything over £10million for him is good business for Spurs and Bent is a ready replacement. Robinson - 37 games Chimbonda - 49 Gardener - 6 Kaboul - 29 Lee - 30 Malbranque - 55 Boateng - 21 Ghaly - 0 Tainio - ? Keane - 54 Bertatov - 52 A few more than rarely making appearances. I think an overhaul of half of a squad (it might only be 25% with Tottenham's squad size!) is going to have an effect even if they did all very rarely play. It doesn't neccessiarily mean they'll struggle in the early and mid season, but it gives them a good chance of doing it! gomes Bale woodgate king hutton dos santos jenas modric Lennon bent Bernatov
What are the odds of that team starting more than 10 PL games this season? Close to 0 surely? At least there are movements at your club though!!!

Your stats above prove my point for me. Only Keane, Berbatov and Malbranque are/were 1st team members' i.e would play every game if fit. The others' are/were just squad players'. Chimbonda only played 49 games due to Hutton coming in January and also Bale and BAE not being fit.
