Keane was the most overrated player at Spurs. The fact we got £18million for him, just goes to show that we have a great chairman.

I'm not that disappointed that Keane has left, Berbatov made him look like the top player many people perceive him as.

I'd love to see you bluff.

Honestly, having watched him countless times, he frustrates me soo much. You will realise this when he bottles every challenge, flaps his arms around like a retarded chimpanzee, and the countless strops he will show after being substituted.

[ ] gutted that he has left.

Robbie Keane is prob only worth 8-10m to spurs - he could very well be worth 18m to Liverpool - on the basis of the Champions league money difference. Seems like a ggod point to do business.  Especially as in effect your looking if Keane can make the difference to liverpool's performance of his price minus the money they got for Crouch, in what is effectively a swap for a forward position in the squad.

Bent is currently destroying Norwich (i know pre season, only Norwich etc) but he looks very sharp.

Look on the bright side Nem, you will not have to watch the naffest goal celebration of all time any more at the lane.

I'm sure the fee will only go to £20.3M if liverpoo win the quadruple for the next three years anyhow Smiley

Yeah this is deffo conclusive proof he will have a stellar season, we are terrible and all our defenders who were in the squad last year are injured.

Sunderland are said to be tabling a £19M bid for Bent as we speak...

Otsemobor (Forest) looks good, he even defended a little tonight he may well make the grade.
If you think that Shackell and Doherty are the answer to Norwich's defensive issues then I fear for your season.

I don't i think we are going to really struggle this year, we are probably very good value to be relegated at 8 on betfair at the moment. Otsemobor been with us for a while, got him from Liverpool.

Sammy Clingan has been signed from Forest.

David Bell will do a job for you. Stood out on loan for us at the back end of last season amongst a load of dross. Decent signing

Mid table at best for Norwich though I reckon

Otsemobor is nicknamed Forest in the Jarrold/Barclay stands due to his "Run Forest Run" attitude.
Sadly is about the funniest chant they can come up with at City.

I hope they dont struggle but I fear where the goals will come from, and I am not sure Stanovjic (sp?) is the answer at the back?  Chadwick, Croft and Russell were all lightweight and generally poor last season - without Ched and Dion I feel the team has reduced in quality.

I hope the loan signings and the youth do come on, I like the manager and hope he surprises with the performances he manages to drag from the team.  Time will tell I guess.
