The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k. “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi. Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

Chris has been slowly chipping away at Neil's stack. Some of the crowd are on the pitch....they think it's all over... it is now! Chris's 9-kicker wins the last hand for him and a cool £12,495.

Neil Rutter finishes second for a not too shabby £7,318.

Possibly the most one sided heads up i have ever witnessed, im sure Chris will post on here in the next day or 2 ... but if he has ever earned an easier £5k (the difference between 1st and 2nd) then i would be amazed.
Congrats to Chris though, one of the games Gents and a top bloke.

Here's our winner - Mr Chris Bruce (and his lucky card protector, Moshi).

Was refreshing to see this played out to a true finish as well ... no talk of a chipcount deal at any stage on the final table.
