ok its 15 to call ~25 so you need 1/(25/15 + 1) = 0.375 = 37.5% to call.

As for the "the hands here are immaterial".. i guess that means you are asking a theoretical question... and the question is "would you, as a professional gambler, take 7/4 on your money in a 50/50 coup", and i suspect most professionals would indeed take that punt.
yes, it sure sucks when you lose money, but if you cant handle losing, then gambling is not the environment for you.
