benjamin: i spoke to colin and he asked me to open an affiliate account
benjamin: i only have 1 playing account
Tara: The problem is that your affiliate account is linked to the account that you do not use.,
Tara: So you have a blank account with just an affiliate account attached to it,
benjamin: i have only opened 1 account
Tara: Then a separate account which is active.
benjamin: im very confused
Tara: There is 2 accounts with all your details,
Tara: both created on the same day.
Tara: I can see that 2 new passwords have been sent to you today, to the correct e-mail address through account with nickname sunday8pm and username sunday8pm1
benjamin: i have still had nothing in my inbox though
benjamin: and i only ever opened ONE account
benjamin: in 1 day
benjamin: so somebody must be trying to rob me
Tara: It may be that when you opened affiliate account you did not tick the box which says use existing account and you have entered different nickname/username,
Tara: this has then created a seperate account.
Tara: I will pass this to Colin and ask him to attach your affiliate account to your player account.
Tara: REgarding the password,
Tara: We seem to have a problem with hotmail, they are blocking our e-mails.
Tara: I suggest that you let me pass this to the supervisor and i will get her to manually reset your password and e-mail it to you.
benjamin: can you send something from a different email address?
benjamin: ok...i need this sorted soon though if thats ok
benjamin: as i need to transfer money to some players so that they can buy into tonights 10k tournament
Tara: She is not available till the morning now :-(
Tara: do you have an alternative e-mail address?
Tara: Not hotmail or yahoo?
benjamin: no i dont...can you not send it though this live chat thing?
Tara: No, because we do not have access to players passwords, for security
Tara: I thought you could log in earlier?
benjamin: i could possibly set up an email with some email company and let you know
benjamin: yes i could
benjamin: but couldnt change the password successfully
benjamin: so i requested a new one
benjamin: now i cant log in!

benjamin: i have had emails from poker trillion before...so this block must be quite recent

Tara: then under junk e-mail select, safe and blocked senders.
benjamin: yep
Tara: Then click safe senders
Tara: Then enter our e-mail address
Tara: And click add to list
Tara: this should then prevent any of our e-mails being blocked.
benjamin: whats the email address?
