Made a £20 bet with my cousin that team GB don't win 10golds in Beijing.Which would others pick 10+ or less ?

Definitely looking good for your cousin at the moment.

I know lol how many cycling events are there, oh well nmin it was just to give me some interest tbh

Well Hoy said he's dance on the track if he wins 3 golds, and he's short odds to do just that (win the 3 golds, not do the dance).  Then there's the rest of the team...  So we are seriously looking at another 5 golds at least in the cycling if it goes to plan.

Maybe two more golds in the sailing, and then there's the rowing where we have 9 'boats' in finals.

I think you should ship him the money now...

yip, looking good in the sailing, and the rowing, plus Adlington swims the 800 in a couple of hours. That's odds on for another gold as she qualified fastest with new OR.

Any knews on Paula Radcliffe's fitness?

Emotional post race interview with Adlington.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/olympics/swimming/7564702.stm

Although Boooo @ the obnoxious 8th place finisher in the race trying to muscle in on the spotlight.

"Can I just say Queen, if you're watching, 2 golds, "Dame" Rebecca Adlington."
Big one sided hug
"She's my best friend"

ugh

This girl just won her second gold with a new world record; you came in last.
She do speaky to camera, you do f***y off to changing room.

Just seen some absolute pr*ck gb rower, don't no who it was and not sure how he did i'm guessing shit but in his interview afterwards he said "I still have loads of time i'm only 29 when its London 2012  i'll will TRAIN harder for the next 1" WTF train harder how the hell can you come out with something like that, fukn train harder what a joke. This attitude is what i was whinging about a few pages ago and think was Kev's point also not that some ppl who go may not be medal winners as long as they put 110% in and make a pb you can't really ask for anymore.

On a brighter note how are we so good at cycling, whats that about ?

Obv i didn't no that lol but the point was his comments will p ppl off imo why say train harder he surely still trained as hard as he possibly could but just didnt have as much time to do so, i'm presuming he still would've thought to train his hardest.

CONGRATS TO THE COXLESS 4 (I THINK THATS WHAT ITS CALLED LOL) GREAT COMEBACK WP

I was unable to attend due to having surgery to take my big foot out of my even bigger mouth  thumbs up
