The Inbetweeners film was immense. Massive sigh in realising that I am Jay!

One Day. Like a good tearjerker but this is no Green Mile or Fried Green Tomatoes. Just trundles along at one pace the entire way. Anne Hathaway's accent better than expected. Nicely done but moribund. 6/10.

The Intbetweeners was only ok, would have been much better as a 1 hour xmas special (though slightly less lucrative)

Watched something called Megan is missing....

Based on facts from several different cases... centres on the grooming and kidnap of a couple of 14 year old girls by an internet predator.

Very thought provoking and the last twenty minutes makes for some uncomfortable viewing with realistic and brutal scenes.

Will make you wonder who your teenager is really talking to on the internet...........

Downloaded this after seeing this post and watched with Joobs last night.

I dunno...there were some parts that seriously annoyed me, the bullshit about the party for example, but the last 22 minutes...wow.

Message definitely received loud and clear. If you have teenage kids that use the internet they [   ]will be using it after you watch this film.

Worth a watch once, but never again.

You cried watching Green Mile?

Watched One Day tonight and think it's better than a 6. The book is so incred it's difficult to replicate the depth in a film but I thought David Nicholls did a pretty good job with the screenplay. Deffo one to take just your gf to, and I can confirm you get rampant grateful you're alive sex out of it afterwards, so must score a 7.

Agree with DaveShoelace that Inbetweeners was just ok, but the dancing in the club scene was one of the funniest things...pa pa l'americano.

Final Destination 5

Does all the Final Destinationy stuff. Getting a bit tired now and hope it's the last one. Good death scenes though, esp the laser eye surgery job. Acting...some good, some rank. Dude falling on the bridge foundation a bit like a blackcurrant being thrown at a wall but apart from that all present and correct. 5/10

If you liked the x men films and haven't seen 'first class' yet I thought it was brlliant.

Easy viewing and great to see where some of the characters came from.

Got Hereafter via Lovefilm the other day.  Surely it can't be that bad if Matt Damon's in it.

2 hours of my life I'll never get back.

Sophie's view was exactly the same, so can't even give it the excuse of being a chick-flick.

Avoid.
