Mohammed Zahour has also been busy of late. He just ran into the of Ergun Macit (pictured). No help on a board and he's back down to 20,000.

how is Mick Fletcher, Nick Slade, morris (the mouth) mcarthey and shrewdy doin. Ask fletch which one he is.

I'm sorry to be the harbinger of doom, but all of the aforementioned players have since hit the deck. Is there anyone else you like?

As we approach the final level of the night, one man who won't be returning in two days time is Jerome O'Shea. His assassin was Jeff Rogers, his A-K out-gunning O'Shea's pocket nines when a second king hit the turn. I wish I could report some Hellmuth-esque rants or Matusow like blow-ups, but everyone here today has been thoroughly well behaved, which is sometimes less entertaining than a good old fashioned tantrum or over-celebration. As with most exits today, O'Shea didn't begrudge his lack of coin-flippage and simply wished his opponents good luck before quietly exiting the table.

"I can't believe he just called that," commented a bemused Martyn Cavanagh rising from his seat abruptly.

Martin Green raised it up, Garinder Purewal flat called and Sami Yusef pushed all in. Martin folded, but Garinder called with . Yusef tabled .

Board = three diamonds

Yusef doubles up.

Also heading towards the door (or the roulette table) is Stephen Basri. I only caught the aftermath of the hand, but he exited with kings versus the A-K of Jon Brown with a second bullet hitting the turn.

Flushy, not entirely surprisingly, has managed to wang a little bit of his stack.

"Ran into aces" he said, showing a surprising degree of restraint in not adding "aments" to any of the words. He didn't tell me what filth he had run into them with though...

He was more keen in telling me about a hand where he bluffed Chris Moorman preflop, re-popping his initial bet with T-4 and being rewarded with a fold. "One in the eye" he told me triumphantly, in the parlance of the young kids these days.

He's still on 60 odd thousand though which is likely to be good, or at least very close, to the chip lead.

Dave Colclough has not had the best of days and once he was reduced to 150 chips, it looked all over and indeed shortly afterwards, it was.

Bye bye Elblondie.

We're approaching the final level of the evening now which should herald a plethora of allins and attempts to double through by the shorties as they won't want to be hanging around for two days to come back with 5 big blinds.

Expect nothing less than unadulterated, brutal carnage.
