Faces like thunder abound at the moment with outdraws all over the place, causing the poker room to almost erupt into rioting.

Ian Frazer is the latest to feel the wrath of the poker gods, his AK no good versus J-J on a Q-Q-T-K-A board, which has left him with sub 10k...not quite life support territory but not too impressive.

Here he is, his dour, glum expression starkly contrasting with his impressively flowery shirt.

Flushy proudly announced he bluffed Moomin off a hand recently, He called Chris' raise to 600 from teh big blind with 7-8.

The flop fell A - 9 - T and Flushy check called Chris' 800 bet.

The turn was a ten and the action went check, check.

On the river a 4 fell and Flushy (who felt Moorman probably had Queens or Kings) now bet out 1,200 into the 2,900 ish pot to make it look like a milking bet and Moorman passed.

It transpired though that Chris thought Flushy had bet the full pot which is why he passed otherwise he would have called. It's tough trying to keep up with all these live hands sometimes huh?

"In my eye" announced Chris, accepting Flushy had donk-owned him in this hand, even if it was by accident!

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

Graham Whedlon has doubled up to an amount that I can't count because he's currently stacking chips after stumbling upon pocket rockets. Reraising his opponent's 2,500 bet all in for an extra 6,000 on a two hearts flop, Graham seemed pretty comfortable, and especially so when he was called by pocket queens. A turn and river made no difference, and Graham was left to rake in the chips.

John McGrane (blondeite cupcake) was first spotted in the car park on route to the casino when he called out my name, my birth name would you believe. Shocked that someone beyond my parents were aware of my non-Beagle roots, I quickly swivelled on the spot to be met by the shiny, but familiar bonce of our resident Phil Mitchell. Of course, it's always a delight to converse with the WSOP 2005 18th place finisher, and today was no different. Bubbly, amicable and enthusiastic as ever, cupcake was making a rare appearance at the felt after resisting the temptation to spend his $350,000 of WSOP winnings on the poker circuit and maintaining his job as a London cabbie.

At time of writing, that infectious smile has diminished somewhat, perhaps due to a lack of cards, or maybe as a result of being sat opposite table menace and serial GUKPT finalist Nik Persaud. Nevertheless, he's still running steady with 8,500 and could be a dark horse for going deep in this event.

I was absolutely thrilled when i heard the news that greekfish had knocked out Pete Linton, but imagine my disapointment to hear he had merely taken his chips. Ahhh well Andy maybe in Bolton.

Disclaimer at the ready.

Rumour has it... that Alan Mansbridge has been eliminated by Ian Cox. A number of things point to this conclusion. (1) Ian Cox is wearing a Cheshire Cat grin. (2) Alan's seat is empty and (3) I'm really skilled at guessing.

I believe Jonathan Raab is in the process of accruing dinner break chip counts. I think Iwan's doing okay, he looked tickled pink before the break.
