This whole recent craze of slinging insults at others via Blogs & Forums continues. Nobody wins. Everybody loses. Every time.

No, because the neutrals get marginalised, to one side or the other. Chat in the street, argue in the back garden. You never see the HM The Queen-Ness arguing in public.

No - it's getting the result at least "cost" that counts. Handsome is as handsome does.

Gtting back 5 bob but losing half your pals in the process (see "marginalisation") would be a phyrric victory.

PS - Ignore that - I forgot - it's the principle that counts. And "I refuse to turn the other cheek, or be the bigger man".

I'm glad it was sorted out for you but you should be more aware that there are people out there who scam money for a living have you not heard of internet grooming. I know it's usually a term associated with the worst kind of humanbeings (well they're not human) but internet grooming can take all shapes and forms and grooming people to scam monies is not a rare occurance and has been going on since yu could buy 3 goats for half a sheckle (Tikay might be able to confirm this). Smiley

It would be nice to think that in this day and age that people were more honest and not morally corupt but alas it is not so.

It's just good to know that supportive social forums like Blonde exist to offer good advice to it's members.

Long live Blonde!!!

Just read latest post, glad you got your money back. Most likely posting about it everywhere put the pressure on.
However like others have stated, although funny as feck, you do come across as a juvenile in it. I just hope the stuff about the mother in law isn't true.

Tools, options, privacy

When you right click on a contact you get 3 options..

add to contacts
move to block list
delete

The move to block list should be in black type and the other two options should be grey

If both move to block list and delete options are in black then you are being blocked by that person ;-)

To be fair to Amatay, the guy did admit to hanging up on him even though he owes him money, and there were a suspicious amount of excuses. For those that read Amatay's blog, that's just his style of writing. All his posts are like that, and it's quite entertaining at times. In the end though, the guy owed him money, didn't pay when he said he would, didn't get in contact and only payed once it had gone public. Good to see you got paid in the end.
