And we've lost one first hand. Rusin and Murphy both limp preflop and Chadwick the short stack moves all-in. Andrew Tuxworth calls from the big blind like it's a drop in the ocean. The limpers pass.

Tuxworth: two hearts

Chadwick:

three clubs

Darren Chadwick is OUT in 9th place winning £910

Snoopy moves all-in next hand.....

And wins the blinds.

It's all about the Snoopster so far...

First he raises with Andrew Tuxworth doing what he does best and calling. But the latter folds when Snoopy pushes on a Q-2-2 flop. Next Przemek Rusin limp/calls a Snoopy raise from UTG but folds when Snoopy moves all-in on a board.

Nick Hicks raises and takes the blinds, Paul Gourlay tries the same thing but folds when John Sadler moves in over the top of his raise.

Snoopy then limps in the small blind and Richard Hawes makes it 13k from the big blind. A bit of beagle-based deliberation, and then he moves all-in, Leeds lad Richard looks pained, shakes his head and passes. Snoopy is probably over 120k so.

Ther's a big crowd surrounding the table at the moment, as the £100 FO won't start for a few minutes yet, but it's certainly adding to the atmosphere.

Nick Hicks, btw, clearly has the best seat at the table. He has three passive players to his left and the big stack to his right, even without the chip lead, I think I'd still back him here.

Snoops sits one out, and it's limptastic, with Przemek Rusin, Paul Murphy button Richard Hawes, small and big blinds Tuxworth and Gourlay coming along for the ride to the flop:  .  Check to Murphy, who bets out 16k.  Next to act Hawes without hesitation pushes his relatively short stack all in... it's about a potsize raise back to Murphy, a little less perhaps, and after a bit of a think about it he declines to call.  No-showdown chips for Richard...
______________________________________________________________

Other than that, the last few hands have seen blinds taken preflop by Andrew Tuxworth, whose straight raise to 24k was enough to put off Paul Gourlay from whatever he had been considering doing, and John Sadler, who refused to let Nick Hicks limp on the small blind and defended his bb to the tune of 18k resulting in an instapass from the up-til-now quiet (but dangerous) player.

More 24k raising for Tuxworth, and everyone folds super quick.

The hand after is indicative of how the final table is playing though at this moment. Tuxworth limps for 4k, Murphy makes up the small blind and Snoopy checks.

The blinds check and Tuxworth bets an overly healthy 30k, the blinds fold and I'm sure I can here the stifling of a few giggles from a couple of players due to Tuxworth's unorthodox play.
