As suspected the early table dominator is Rolf Woods.

Hand one he raises to 15k in the cut off.

BB Dan Ward calls,

Dan Checks Rolf bets Dan folds.

Second hand once again Rolf raises this time to 18000, but unlike the first hand no one took him on.

Daniel Ward raised to 16,000 from UTG+1 and Rob Clarke made the call in the big blind. On the flop, Clarke check-folded to a continuation bet of 18,000 and showed face-up.

Rob Clarke has also doubled up through the BB calling his all in push with A A v J J. With the BB Tripping the Jacks it looked like Rob was on his way but an A on the river
gave him a stack of around 100k.

Then it was back to Rolf to have another bash.

Rolf raised 18k two off the button which was where Jonathan Spinks was sat waiting eagerly with      and he wasn't letting Rolf in cheaply so he re-raised all in for another 61800.

Rolf called to show his    .

On a board of          sees a nice double up for Spinks.

We've been graced by the presence of Johnny Lodden, Sverre Sundbo, Annette Obrestad and the like today, as they prepare for a one-off STT tomorrow pitting Norway's finest against each other. A few of them have noticed Rolf Woods' presence in this event, however, and are offering support from the rail. It seems to have paid off, as Woods has just doubled through courtesy of Terry Fletcher. Pushing all in preflop for a total of 53,000, Woods was looked up by Fletcher in the big blind with . Woods could only muster , but it was good enough to take down the pot as the board came two spades . Woods now back over the 100,000 mark.

Dave Nisbet is out and becomes the 8th place finisher winning £885

We lose David Nisbet after his all in gamble preflop against Terry Fletchers pocket Q's. Terry managed to trip the queens just to secure the deal and give him a nice looking stack of 260k.

Daniel Ward and Richard Kellett also seemed to get it all in preflop on the next hand,  before I could get my head around the betting they were on thier backs and the flop dealt

  for Dan

  For Richard.

  two hearts

Still a left with a good amount of chips around the 300k mark Richard prepares to retrieve them.

I'm surprised they haven't needed to go and have a lie down after being nabbed by Jeff Chef for EMS podcast interviews Smiley

With blinds at 4,000 and 8,000 with a running ante of 800, Rob Clarke made a standard raise preflop and Richard Kellett called from the big blind. With Kellett checking blind prior to a flop, Clarke checked behind leading to an turn. Kellett led out for 30,000, but Clarke announced all in! "For f***s sake," grunted a frustrated Kellett. Meanwhile, Clarke remained as still as water. "You could have a set, two hearts," he pondered in Negreanu stylee. "Maybe even aces." Eventually Kellett made the fold and Clarke picked up the pot.
