Made this earlier (in fairness the gf made it all), what do we think?  Strengths/weaknesses?

Marks out of 10?

Any questions/queries of the ingredient selection?

Thats a fkin belter mate ... the combination of fried and scrambled is just genius.

Get rid of the poofy bowl of stones though ... and i assume that there was some more toast on the way.

9/10 imo.

Fried egg and scrambled egg!

The sausages need to be brown all over and not with a pink stripe down the middle imo .
10/10 presentation
8/10 Ingredients

9/10 overall marks

Congrats on having a wonderful G/F

Points need to be deducted for lack of black pudding, I'm afraid.

Otherwise, a good effort.

Very good effort. 7/10
Marked down for
- lack of black pudding
- potato waffles over potato cakes or hash browns
- Tomatoes - no need for any hint of goodness on the plate

You appear to have a rather stumpy sausage.  Cheesy

Harsh deduction because there is congealed pigs blood missing off the plate !!

I knocked a mark off for the tomatoes, also knocked a mark off for the waffle (hash brown ftw) ... but gave 1 mark back for the fried/scrambled combo.

With the addition of toast, OJ and a Brew, 9/10 is justified imo.
