errrr, what? that question has no place on this thread, you don't put pickles on a fry up

but now I'm intrigued, what sort of pickles?

Is there going to be a " Rate my christmas dinner?" I do hope so. I think it would be a great idea because its a one off event, people aint going to make another one with different ingredients just to score higher, and theres the added bonus of taking the mick out off, sorry, I mean admiring other folks crimbo table/decs and stuff!
Everyone take pic on the big day please, I mean there wont be much else to do!

This has to be my last attempt as if i continue at this rate I will have a heart attack before Christmas!  Plus I am starting to treat making fry ups as a full time job, my competitive nature not letting me quit until I get approval from my hero Bolt.

I look forward to your feedback!

I love looking at this...

Beans touching the egg??

I might be up for that.  Have a few staying with us that week-end so will obviously depend on whether I can get them to hold off a few minutes or not before tucking in.  Thinking about the line up of bodies - it's a coin flip.

Eggs flipped for a millisecond to cook the whites on top.  Fried mushrooms and red onions are next to tomatoes.  Jack wanted tinned tomatoes, but I said no and he got a few cherry toms instead.  No fear of bean seepage or leakage is vital imo., hence the separate container for them.  So there ya have it.

And Jack's just asked, "What's for dinner?"  Sigh.

Pretty good and pretty appetising

-1 for red onions, only in America, this aint a salad
+0.5 for not putting it all in a footlong sandwich
-1 for beans in a cup
-1 for forgetting to remove kitchen roll
-0.5 (-0.25 each for a) pre buttered and b) not cut in half, diagonally)

Overall, an excellent 7/10

-1 for cherry tomatoes
-1 for weak looking tea
-1 for hash browns
-1 for onions
+1 fpr 3 sausages
-1 for only 2 bacon
-1 for lack of fried slice
+2 for presentation

7/10 not too bad but needs work

At first glance that looks really impressive.

Unfortunately as Glen has pointed out there are a few minus points:

-0.5 obviously for red onion. They don't belong.
-0.5 for beans in a cup.
-0.5 for incredibly runny beans. Nice try hiding them in a cup.
-0.5 for not cutting the toast.
-1 for putting out what appears to be a completely empty salt/pepper shaker.
-0.25 for what I believe to be non branded ketchup.
+0.5 for impressive plate size.
-0.25 for toast plate not matching main plate.

Overall a very respectable 7 for a breakfast that I would happily eat.

Oi!!!  If ya look close, you'll see a 3rd slice of bacon hiding under the other two, tyvm.

Other points -
Pepper grinder was running pretty low to be fair.  School girl error not filling it pre-photos.
I left cutting of toast to the person eating it.  Some like it straight and some like it diagonal.  Each to their own.
Knew I was taking a chance with the onions but fried mushrooms and onions with sausages are reeeeeeally nummy, so willing to take the hit there.

But you don't give them the option on whether they want it buttered or not?

Agree about the onions and mushrooms being yummy. They just don't belong on a breakfast. If it was a 'rate my cheese burger' thread you'd have scored well with that part.
