OK OK, I've taken all the points on board from yesterday and made a final fry up for Dewi's thread.  Here goes!!!

This has to be my last attempt as if i continue at this rate I will have a heart attack before Christmas!  Plus I am starting to treat making fry ups as a full time job, my competitive nature not letting me quit until I get approval from my hero Bolt.

I look forward to your feedback!

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

Needs a tattie scone, and some soda bread.

That aside it looks very good although your black pudding looks rancid.

Lacks a bit of sauce but i guess that's on the table. I prefer crispier bacon and eggs a little creamier.

nooooooo, bacon should be almost raw.

i really am in a minority i think when it comes to how i want a fry up Smiley

I like bacon just-cooked as well, but like the fat crispy.  anyone have any tips on how to achieve this bacon perfection?

When the bacon is cooked to your liking, take it from the pan and then cut the fat off and cook it for longer, hey presto, pink bacon with crispy rind Wink
