Lacks a bit of sauce but i guess that's on the table. I prefer crispier bacon and eggs a little creamier.
nooooooo, bacon should be almost raw. i really am in a minority i think when it comes to how i want a fry up I like bacon just-cooked as well, but like the fat crispy. anyone have any tips on how to achieve this bacon perfection?

When the bacon is cooked to your liking, take it from the pan and then cut the fat off and cook it for longer, hey presto, pink bacon with crispy rind
