I don't play anything very well but I do manage a band called Cream'd who are a tribute band for Cream, who some of us older ones may remember. It was the early days of Eric Clapton, Ginger Baker etc etc. I book their gigs, publicise them and get to wear demin and pretend to be a rock chick at the gigs. I put their myspace page together http://www.myspace.com/rayminhinnett if anyones interested. I'm teaching them to play poker but they're rubbish. Ray the lead singer and guitarist is an amazing musician, worth a listen if you like the blues. |

Used to play the Flute. I still have it although VERY rusty.
I've always wanted to play Sax though - best instrument IMO
Did you take it to band camp with you? lol i snap thought that too. |

I bought myself a flute off ebay a few years ago as I fancied learning another instrument. I got to chapter 4 or 5 of 'teach yourself to play flute' and gave up because it started getting a bit tricky. Should probably flog the thing as it's not come out of the box since.

Hands up if you saw the title of this thread and assumed Turny was stirring with a questioning mods desicion to ban people post with lousy spelling.  come on tank as if id do a thing like that!  i've never questioned the good work of our "mods" ever  any accomplished pianists out there? [ ] ITB belongs in the diplomatic corps. [ ] ITB realises snipes at people who've stood up for him are a really stupid thing to do. [ ] "Mods" deserve the shit they take from people who they've done their best for.
