I'm not being biased but I'm really not sure this was that clear cut, seen it like 20 times and couldn't decide if it was deliberate or not.

I think it's likely this was more deliberate than Balotelli's.

Really ? I thought Balotelli's looked much worse.

cabaye is overrated player. Hes v.good but not as good as made out to be.
The stamp was definitely deliberate, he should have beem sent off 4 times at least this season and its a good job hes been caught before he seriously hurt somebody and ended their career.

I would say it was on par with Mario's, it is just that Mario made more of a connection.
Hope he gets 4 games for it, teach him a lesson. Also, Ben Arfa rolled around for about 2 minutes, and then kept looking up and then got up.

His tackle in the Liverpool game was really bad, I didn't think the stamp was deliberate but wasn't certain either, seems fair enough I guess.

can't tell if that in particular was deliberate tbh, from one angle it does, and another it doesn't....
that said, he has gotten away with a lottttt already this season so if the FA punish him for it, no complaints from me.
In other news....Dutch lad from Juventus on loan...thoughts?

Anyone pay for the adult membership to get tickets early ? Mackems game on sale to those who are now, pretty certain they'll not be that hard to get on normal public sale though, remember being pretty shocked last year that they where on public sale for like a week. 10 years ago or so it was really hard to get one, I went up to que at 6am one year and there was already a huge que, got one of the last tickets and was abs buzzing, was when we won 2-0, Bellamy and Shearer scored.

Gotta win ugly sometimes like. Big chance to push on with the two Senegalese lads back for Villa.
Flattered is tonight, we missed cabaye a lot, but we'll take it.

Tim Krul keeping me in the fantasy football and keeping my only great looking antepost bet ticking along.
Need to keep it up to fend off new look Everton and Sunderland sides for 7th.

Mario had no idea he was stamping on Parkers head.
Cabaye knew full well he was putting his studs in El Abd's face.
That's why I thought it was worse.

There was no dispute for me that Balotellii made an unnatural movement in putting his foot down, why was he stamping on the ground for when he knew people where nearby, I agree he probably had no idea where Parkers head was but what was he playing at anyway ? Deserved a ban.
Whereas Cabaye I genuinely couldn't work out whether there was any intent or not, this quote is from Pardew : “Yesterday we had a call from Brighton’s coaching team suggesting the player wants to support our player" So I guess the Brighton player obv felt there was no intent.
