62 players came back today and we have immediately lost 2 of the short stacks.

Gus Hansen was first out, shortly followed by Ayhan Alsancak

Phil Helmuth gets his stack in with JJ against last years winner Jani Sointula AK
They both tell each other that tey are idiots...well they weren't quite that polite
Jani hits a king and Phil is down to the felt
and they continue to be not so polite to each other

For what it's worth, I think you started this thread with much more aplomb than the old geezer ever did!

It's good that you are helping out the elderly.

Looking forward to today's updates:)

Yet again AA does not hold up
On the main feature table Mel Judah plays 55 and hits a 5 on the flop. Bengt Sonnet sets Mel all in, but Bengt AA is not good enough.
Mel takes a 60,000 chunk out of Bengt

...so Mr. Cool Marc Goodwin is now a clear chip leader

Today's seat draw deemed to throw 3 of the chip leaders together. So it has obviously been selected as the TV table.
Bengt Sonnet, Marc Goodwin & Richard Gryko will not be steering clear of each other...so expect some fireworks
