Table COOL
Kristy is all-in for her last 55k with AK against Paul Jackson's QQ
An Ace means that Kristy survives and moves to 115k
Jacko 180k
a very ill Richard Gryko 315k and looks like he is flagging
Strummer 260k
Marc Goodwi 620k

*******Brief break******

As they get towards three tables, it's all slowed down rather noticeably, with a couple of the larger stacks (I'm thinking mainly of Tony G who came out saying he'd had "a great session" - now on 650k) adding a few to their already leading number of chips.  Jani Sointula, last year's winner, has 320k, and is on the old feature table again - Tikay off to try to get counts.

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

Don't worry mrsmummy, just fed him some paracetamol and he looks like he'll carry on, but expressed a certain weariness that "everyone's so deep stacked over here." I thnk he's just holding out for the end of the day, which will be at 12 players...

Mads Andersen OUT in 20th -

Having found himself a comparative short stack with around 100k, he hit top pair on a 9-high flop with  , but there were two hearts on there too and that is what kept the interest of Jean-Jacques Ghebali with his  .  The necessary heart fell on the river to eliminate Mads.

Hot on his heels follows Johan Storakers, whose A8 was in pretty bad shape against Tyrone Zinman's AK, especially when Tyrone flopped a straight!  The necessary King didn't appear to save Johan, and as he was 19th, they've merged to three tables.

Guys

Hello to all

Been out all day. Any chance of a full run down of the remaining runners.

Especially interested in ActionJack.

Many thanks

In this comparative lull in the action of the final 18, it might be an appropriate moment to introduce the payout (which will be more relevant on Wed, of course):

1 $1,000,000
2  $600,000
3  $325,000
4  $250,000
5  $175,000
6  $100,000
7  $100,000 (the Golden Ticket winner comes in as the final table's 7th)
7   $53,000
8   $50,000
9   $35,000
10  $35,000
11  $25,000
12  $25,000
