With 3k in the pot by the flop, Paul Jackson bet out another 1k. Richard Gryko, looking a bit suspicious, called, while Henryk Nowakowski, who'd tagged along to see a flop, passed.

Both remaining players proceeded to check down the turn and the river (although Gryko looked as though he REALLY wanted to bet the river), and they proceeded to showdown. "Ace high," said Jackson cheerfully, turning over three clubs for the missed flush draw. Gryko's for a pair was good, and with that Jackson was moved over to Table Davood, where he now has a prime bouffant 'do viewing spot.

John Tabatabatabatabatabai (may have to nominate him for Ctrl V of the day for sheer awkwardness) has dropped down a little to a still very large 30k. He called 2.5k from Surinder Sunar on the river of an Two Diamonds two hearts board, but mucked when Sunar turned over for two pair.

Kebabs for the updaters, 40 minutes of sitting around for the already-fed players!

Back at 7pm.

Shortly after dinner, Chris Moorman has won a nice pot to bring his stack up to the 30k ish mark.

Is this the Moomin era?
