I think I have the requisite number of posts to ask for staking, so here goes...
The Tournament
DTD £300 + £30 on Friday 5 December (part of the Anniversary weekend).
10,000 Chips, 45 Minute Clock
The Proposal
I'm asking for a 100% stake for 70% equity.
In other words, I'm asking for £330 (in 5% chunks) and in return stakers will get their share of 70% of any prize money I manage to win. I will therefore keep 30% of the winnings for my efforts.
Track Record
I don't have much of a track record in live tournaments to show why I'm a good investment to be honest, as I don't play them very often. This will be the highest buy-in tournament I have played in, other than the Scandinavian EPT that I qualified for via my live APAT win (I finished 80th out of 400 and outside the money in Copenhagen).
Having covered the 3-2-1 tournaments at DTD a few times and watched the play, I know that I can definitely hold my own in these. Unfortunately, they are outside my bankroll which is why I haven't played in one before.
