A lovely gesture.

Perhaps, next time, consider Dr Barnados.

Do you do similar things for the elderly at Christmas? Just wondering, that's all.

Yeah. Have you got anything for us oldies to play with?

There you go:

don't want Tracey to feel left out

My local supermarket has a toy collection btw.  Such a good idea, just drop a small toy in when you've done your shopping.  Seems to be going well.

I think the fact that trace spent several hours doing something for a charity that doesn't exist needs more love

If it weren't for her super nice gesture (despite lack of recipients), I'd work with ya here.

I like the idea of taking them to the local hospital children ward but what about taking them to the local prison for especially nasty kids?

I was reminded of this thread today while shopping in my local morrisons. they've put a trolley all tarted up with wrapping paper and tinsel by the tills for people to put in food donations for the homeless at christmas. I had a quick glance in as I walked past, the only items in there were 2 packs of 'bake at home' crusty white rolls.

I had to leave the shop at this point as I was laughing too much, can't decide whether it was someone being really cruel or really stupid
