Sharbel Koumi raises, but this time it's different. He makes it 230k... William Martin clearly knows something is up with this...and folds.

Or maybe he had junk again, who knows...

William Martin and Matt Cartwright get it all-in preflop and this time Koumi who has raised every hand somehow folds eights.

Martin:

Cartwright: three diamonds

The Martin river binkage continues...he doubles and Cartwright is the superduper shorty now.

Koumi raises again, he makes it 280k this time...Cartwright calls off his 250k stack and Martin folds.

Actually this hand was going to unavoidable...

Koumi:

Cartwright:

Cartwright back over 500k or as I might start calling it, 'A Double Koumi raise'.

You'll be delighted to know that the £10k saved for 1st and previously split £7k and £3.9k for 1st and 2nd, is now £5940, £3,000 and £2,000 for the top three places.

Koumi has now stopped raising anything. In fact, they've all stopped raising or doing anything other than minbetting at any point. The dynamic has swung from a 30BB AIPF shovefest to a cautious limpathon...

But that's not the worst thing...The worst thing is, I really need the loo, but I can't go atm. Sad

I think DTD had it right when they only allowed chip count deals,
perhaps they should go back to that format.

I also think if they make it a £50k guarantee every month they will get the same numbers turning up...

great event, great structure, I'm off to bed now....so

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE ON BLONDE

Matt Cartwright moves all-in from the small blind. Call from William Martin.

Martin:

Cartwright:

And with that river, Cartwright doubles up again...
