Is 50 buy ins too conservative? i thought the 50 buy in was standard for stt bankroll?
maybe for a life roll but 10$ffs what you gonna do lose 49 then spin up?
20 downswing id quit personally.
Bit harsh imo.
If he puts any sort of volume in 20 downswing will be a regular occurance

+1

I've had about 8 downswings of 20 buy-ins or larger in my last 3,000 games. Totally standard

In any case, you don't play poker to give up, do you? I had the honour of playing a $50 STT today with the guy who's generated this graph (the first half of it at the $10 games). Do you think he'd consider giving up after a 20 buy-in loss? No sir-ree! Just get back on that horse!

10,621           -$11.77         $23            -51%  -$125,035

Lol, if you moved all-in every hand in an STT would you even get an ROI that bad?

i think that if his Av ROI is  -50%, his average equity is going to be 25% when he gets the stacks in?  if so, moving in blind would probably reap a better expectation

I wonder how many of these people are rich mf's that just dont care vs addicted degenerates that throw every last cent into a game they dont seem to want to beat, because as hilarious as it is, I'd defo prefer to be the person able to throw away $125k on gambling rather than mocking them on the internet. Maybe they even search their SN's and laugh at the people laughing at them!

Anyways, derailing a staking thread isn't so great, gl with your venture Jim-D, id defo play at non-US sites, try and spread the action around a few sites so you can game select.
