3 tables out, moved to new table, I have 25,000 average 16,000
I am on button, folded round to me and I find
. Blinds 400/800.
Un known on SB, MDD R Lynch on BB. What is a reasonable raise here?

2,800-3,000, Snap calling a sb push, cursing when MDD re-raises

Yep. 2.2K seems pretty good there then.
Be prepared to get the lot in though if re-raised...
Sometimes you need to gamble. Win a big pot here, and you should go deep.

Why so much Tighty? Is this beacuse you know the player?

I want to make the bet a touch bigger than the 2,200 being suggested as I want it to look like a button steal. This should widen the re-stealing range of either blind
Yes I know the BB well, and he'll go to war with a lot of paint and most Aces if he think's you are at it

You have the 4th best hand, you cannot give him credit for having one of the 3 better hands just because he raised a button raise, this is an absolute stone wall ''get it in'' moment, i'll be astonished if anyone says otherwise...

Good. I'm glad you all said that - I was wondering if I could have got away from it - he had
and obv I was then out of the tourney. I didn't think I could have played it differently but I wondered if I had been a bit chip happy. Pleased I did the right thing - thanks.
