I thought of a cookery based show recently where two professional chefs team up with members of the public.  Each team would have a limited budget to start with to buy food, for example £5. There would be a time limit to come up with a dish and the audience would vote for the winner using cards shaped like peppers and tomatoes.  I was thinking of getting a loud black guy as a presenter as well.

Do you think this would work as a show?   

If this show clashes with Bolts idea, I am willing to negotiate with him to possibly sell the idea. I am not really a tv type person, I prefer losing a poker.  I know your idea involves a plot and characters, however I don't want to take away audience numbers with my idea.

 

pretty sure this has been done, I watched something like it in france but the food was so shit that the whole audience refused to hold up their voting cards

i'm serious this time, anyone wants to knock up the pilot(i already know how it's gonna go) and an outline of the how the show will proceed and help me get it off to all the American networks gets a split 50/50!

thats it, everyones sacked, ive done it myself now, wrote up the idea and sent it off to 10 of the biggest production companys in the UK, suss them out a bit.

I did include in the e-mails that i had a full staff working on the project but they're all sacked cos theyre crap.

And I was just about to turn in my resignation as it's impossible to work with you.  How's a girl suppose to find extras when she doesn't even know what their roles will be?  Very unprofessional IMO.
