Well i thought it was obvious that if you released someone temporarily who admitted they shouldn't be here that you wouldn't find them again. Why would they hang around ?

Seemed a bit naive to me.

I wouldn't discuss my take immigration on the net as there are too many people who can't debate and you never really know who actually is debating from what they believe and then people get sucked in and no amount of sense can prevail and nobody will then change their opinion. Getting people to read what you wrote is hard enough without asking them to understand it when it comes to emotive topics.

Well given some had admitted to being here illegally i think it's fair to use that term.

I'm not debating whether or not we should help people just pointing out that it's possible to say yeah i'm guilty then some clown says ok we'll deport you but you can have an extra few days until then and we won't keep an eye on you.
