To be fair, anyone who has done that has already broken the rules as quoted in paragraph 1 of the OP:

There are 11 questions, PM me your answers to them by Sunday Mar 8th 21.00 GMT, each answer on a different line with corresponding question number.

OP specifically states each answer on a different line with corresponding number.  There is no mention of including the question which coincides with said number.  Therefore participants who have committed this breach should be penalized severely. 

My answers will be on the way shortly.  Adhering to the guidelines set by our esteemed Quiz Master.

No, I intend it to be over within 2 evenings, maybe less.

The secret lies in this clause:
"Appeals, objections etc are allowed but must be brought up after the provisional answer list has been posted and before the running scores are posted"

I reckon, if I can post quick enough there will be an eleven second gap. I am trying to get that time down.
