He says he got it because Red Dog cracked his aces that hard. Red Dog had limped with , and a third player raised to 600 with Stuart flatting and Red Dog also called. The flop came 6-7-9, checked to the OR who bet 600, Stuart raised to 2,000 and Red Dog made it 4,000. OR folded, Stuart called but then folded to a push on the 4 turn.

Nakor is out. 4-4 into K-K after he got short.

Mr Greekstein related an interesting tale of donkage to me from his table. It seems that two mateyboys limped in and a third Mateyboy, holding aces, raised. The flop came down 8-7-3 and it checked around to Aceyboy, who bet. A flurry of raising between Matey One and Aceyboy resulted in Matey One snap-calling all in with...

...8-9.

Hurrah! No further eights or nines fell on the turn or river, and off he went.

A short-stacked Mr Richard Hawes and his youthful visage have enjoyed a much-needed double up.

With the flop reading , George Kyriacou checked to Linden Rowland, who bet 1k. Hawes promptly made it All In for 2.8k, and back to Kyriacou, who promptly called. With just a moment of hesitation, Rowland laid it down and they were on their backs.

Hawes:
Kyriacou:

Turn: three diamonds
River:

Hawes evens the scores, and it won't be early doors for him tonight.

A monstrous pot developed not long ago between DTD oft-winner Chris Bruce and DTD oft-do-weller Chin Koh. There was only around 1.6k in the pot as the river was dealt, but a raising war saw (I believe) Brucey bet out, Koh raise to 3.625k and Brucey reraise to 5.5k. "I don't mind being the next one out," said Koh, but the immense dwell said otherwise. He attempted to get the dealer to deal more cards, specifically the he felt would be of benefit to him, but she refused and he eventually laid it down.

Brucey showed an enigmatic , and got himself off to a nice start on around 15k.

Like my cat (may she rest in peace) Brucey smiles even when he's sleeping:

Any chance of knowing the board in this hand, it might make it rather more interesting.

Oh yeah, I'm a bit out of practice. So hard to remember what game they're playing...

The board was, most interestingly, . Apologies.
