Not exactly fast food but I have been cooking an oxtail and bean casserole whilst watching Cheltenham today.

I started cooking it at around 12.30pm and it will be ready for about 6.30pm.  Roll Eyes

I do know that one of Red-dog's favourite sarnies is a cheese and beetroot creation.

Last night didn't fancy cooking so toasted thick cut white bread - bacon, blue cheese, slightly melted on the bacon in the pan and black olives (the particularly strong tasting ones from crespo)  - rather marv I found

Blatant, my regular cooking is so bloody marvellous and gastronomically exciting that I consider only using one pan to not even be cooking brag post imo

Roast Chicken, red Leicester cheese, corned beef, pepper on fresh thick cut white bread

Importantly three slices for triple decker effect, allowing for two combinations on top and bottom layer. Crucial this, must be triple decker

Secondly, smoked salmon and cream cheese with lemon and pepper on a bagel, topped with poppy seeds, the bagel gently grilled for 93 seconds prior to filling

How are you preparing your sandwich made with uncut bread - are you just tearing a loaf of bread in half?
