I think thats much better - much more approachable. If I were to tweek it the things I would change are make the writing slightly bigger - it's a little small for easy reading and don't do it in italics. Italics are mainly for emphasising/highlighting a few words but it's more difficult to read in whole paragraphs.

opening picture doesn't appeal to me hurts the eyes with the stripey lines and the main white background could do with changing,

Just had anothrer butchers, & it's much improved now - well done.

One more thing - though this is purely persoinal opinion, not "correctness"  - the whole page is a little "flat" - due to the pure white background. A little dash of colour would lift it a treat.

The personal stuff ('me and my mates' and 'I personally get angry', etc.) looks unprofessional to me.

I think the basics are there, but it needs a lot of tweaking to look like a smooth, professional company operating island-wide rather than a one man band run on a shoestring.  Perception is everything and first impressions matter!  As Groucho said, 'Integrity is the thing.  Fake that, and you've got it made.'

If you do nothing else, remove the surplus 'c' in 'ecxpertise' right at the start.  Being a world-class pedant, I would go elsewhere after reading two sentences if I saw that.

I can't comment on the visual/graphics side of things - I'm useless at that (and erecting fencing).

Well we are getting really heavy now, but yes, that's also true.

"I, personally" is bad. "Personally" is just fine.

"Me and my mates", or "me & my wife" is horrendous, & one of the most common mistakes ever. It's "my mates & I", (though "mates" is awful in this context) or "my wife & I". NEVER "my mates and ME", or "my wife and ME".
