Three miles out. Ran for a bit, and decided it wasn't clever. Tired, very tired.

Finish point is by the White footbridge over the river, it's the other side of the armories from where the car park is.

I really can't wait to sleep!!

All done and finished, he looks pretty good to how far he has travelled. I did not take my camera dohhhhh, but managed to take a couple of pics with my work phone which I will hopefully try to sort them out onto the lappy later.

Who's coming on the return leg?! Definately something to do once I think actually. Pretty tired and guess it might not hit me until later in the week- I feel the best I have felt since before the knee went on sat morning!

Will post something later, maybe tomorrow, along
With sorting the gps screen shots etc.
