I think I mentioned yesterday that Samuel Oatley seemed a little inexperienced.  Turns out he's only been playing live poker for a week and qualified via a satellite - some debut!  We have also been informed that Oatley is an actor by trade - here's a pic of him in his day job in Foyle's War

ffs? plays live poker for a week and finals gukpt vic. gl anyhow, not at all bitter.

A bit of tension at two spots in the final.  Firstly in Samuel Oaten's legs, which have been going 19 to the dozen under the table since we kicked off - a combination of nerves and adrenalin from the newcomer I guess, but he's keeping himself composed from the waist upwards - seems as though that acting training is coming in handy Smiley  Secondly, there seems to be no love lost between Andreas Hagen and Dave Colclough.  Hagen was overheard earlier in the day saying to Colclough "I don't know who you are but I don't think you are any good".  Then, whilst I was watching the final, Hagen pushed all in 'because it's [Dave's] big blind'.  Colclough then had a word with the TD and asked if Hagen could be told not to throw his cards in the air when he folds.  Hagen wasn't too impressed.

Speaking of Hagen, he's just doubled up - his  against the  of Martin Silke.  A king on the flop sealed the deal for Hagen.

Ah the pretty dealer?  That makes more sense!  She's now been replaced by a bloke I'm afraid.

Update on Kev's armpits:  The members of press who have those fancy dongle thingamijigs have been given tableside seats for the final, so it's a lot cooler up here in the cheap seats today.  Just as well really, I don't think I could have stomached another day sat next to Kev sweating like.....let's not pussyfoot about....a pig, frankly.
