Well here it is the shortest tournament report ever.
I lasted 6 hours and played 4 hands of note....
First hand there are 3 of us at the table. I'm in sb and flat a raise to 150 with 10 10
Flop is A 10 2 all clubs. I check raise a 200 bets to 850. He flats.
on the turn and I check call 1000.
on the river and it goes check check I lose when he shows
I grind down to 7k and call a bet a raise of 300 at 50/100 with A10hh Flop is 532 all hears. I call two bets from the cut off then bet 1600 on river which he pays off. Back up to 10.
I then mangled this hand a little although I didn't expect to get a caller from a shortie for a third of his stack pre. Love live players.
Ian Fraizer makes it 250 from ep (he's been opening a lot). Shortie with 3.2k calls. Ramsey flats and I make it 800 from the button with 99. Obv I could peel but if I'm going to raise I should make it 1200. Everyone including shortie who calls who then shoves on a 733 flop. He has 43! Marv. WP!!!!!!!!!
I'm down to 7k again and literally blind out. I get no cards and when I do I have to fold. I'd love to have found something to open with but I was getting usual garbage. K4, J6, Q5, 72, 83 etc etc. Opening with anythign would be spewy as although the table generally played tight there was very little folding. C betting wasn't getting through and I didn't even find a spot to resteal.
Only real op I had was when frazier again opens again to 650 flatted by 2 players and I look down at 66 playing 6k. Should I shove here? I called and then check folded the AK7 flop.
My exit hand was annoying. I think I should have shoved. Blinds about to go to 200/400/25. I have 4.2k at astart of hand and hav A9dd in cutoff. I make it 900 instead of shipping it button flats with 44 and calls my shove on a 10 9 4 flop. I'd been so inactive I think he folds pre if I shove but he had just lost 2 decent pots so maybe he was calling anyway. Just frustrated because I shove any flop there and if doesn't flop his set I win, and if the flop comes 10,9,5 he may even give me a full double up
Thanks for those for backing me again.
Cheers,
