I think you've misread the thread title, it's 'Calling the Clock' not 'Call someone a Cock'.  Easy mistake to make.

disagree in a tourny a player taking 2 minutes to make up his mind is costing every play at the table and everyone should be allowed to call the clock

I totally with the above, I was playing in a £50 comp at DTD and one dutch player was taking about 2 mins on every decision which always ended with him folding.

Finally I called the clock on him when there was a large all in (this guys spent a couple of minutes making his decision), a slightly smaller all in (and this guys had spent 5-10 mins deciding to call) then the dutch guy started deciding! Jesus he had had about 10 minutes to think about the first guys all in.
