We've been in contact. Will post an update in a week or so when I've had this gold pushchair removed from my jacksy.

Just seen this - tbh I wouldn't mess with Jim, he was a pro boxer for a few years in his early 20s.

Ok, 1st I'd like to make a public apology to Cos, the way I've handled this situation is not acceptable and I'm very sorry

I’ve always thought of myself to be a genuine stand up guy but i've really let myself down over this,

Now me and Cos agreed to end the agreement early due to me not being able to play much due to personal circumstances and a few days later i made the withdrawal from poker stars for the remaining balance which was £194 and this is where my stupidity kicked in, i had gotten myself into a bit of financial trouble with moving house and trying to buy every thing needed for the arrival of my 1st child and instead of putting the money straight into Cos’ account it kinda got soaked up in to  my current debt, at which point I should of admitted this but I picked the pathetic option and chose to bury my head in the sand and it is for that  which I am ashamed of, I never set out to intentionally grim from any body

Of the £194 I withdrew from stars I have paid £200 back to Cos this week and I hope to come to some arrangement regarding the remainder of the makeup

I know it’s brief but I’ve tried to explain it the best I could

Good luck getting things sorted Jim.

I think for future reference, communication is the key!

In a sense yeah.

Kudos to Jim for coming on and posting. Obviously a situation neither of us particularly wanted to happen and I kind of figured what happened might have been the case but when I received several pms about the pram status on facebook it kind of made me mad.

If I'd been told of the situation I wouldn't have minded and would have waited patiently but what done is done now and I'll leave it to Jim as to what he wants to do with the makeup.

Makes life so much easier. I'm sure most stakers are reasonable people who don't expect everything back instantly.

As long as they know what's happening and it's out in the open there's unlikely to be a problem.
